Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain how you may access and use Resont, our social media management platform, including scheduling, inbox, automation, collaboration, billing, and connected platform features.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any Resont feature, you agree to these terms and to any applicable rules of the social media platforms you connect through Resont.

1. The service

Resont provides tools for social media management, including content scheduling, social inbox workflows, reply automation, comment management, integrations, and collaboration features. Some features may change over time as the platform evolves.

We may add, improve, limit, or remove features when necessary to maintain security, performance, compliance, or product quality.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that takes place under your account.

You must not share access in a way that violates your plan, your permissions, or the security of the service. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Resont as soon as possible.

3. Connected platforms

Resont relies on third-party platforms, APIs, and integrations to support publishing, messaging, automation, and data sync. Your use of connected channels remains subject to the terms, policies, permissions, and technical limits of those platforms.

If a third-party platform changes its API, restricts access, limits available actions, or experiences downtime, some Resont features may be affected. Resont is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt the platform, or use Resont for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity. This includes attempts to overload infrastructure, bypass feature limits, access data without permission, or violate the policies of connected social platforms.

  • Use the platform only for lawful business or professional activity.
  • Do not use Resont to send spam, misleading automation, or abusive content.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, access controls, or service stability.
  • Do not resell, copy, or exploit the service outside permitted use.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle shown when you subscribe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Resont to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

Prices, feature limits, and plan structure may change over time. When required, we will update pricing and service terms on the website or within the product before changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started or once paid features have been activated for your account.

If you believe a billing charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] so we can review the issue.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Resont available, secure, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time sync without delay, or error-free operation at all times.

Maintenance, platform changes, infrastructure events, or third-party outages may affect access to some features. Resont may investigate reported issues and provide support, but support availability does not guarantee a specific resolution time.

8. Intellectual property

Resont and its product design, software, branding, interface elements, and original materials remain the property of Resont or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

You retain ownership of your own content and data, subject to the permissions needed for Resont to provide the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, or use Resont in a way that harms the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically remove obligations related to outstanding charges, prior misuse, or applicable legal requirements.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Resont is provided on an as-available and as-provided basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resont will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or interruption caused by your use of the service or by third-party platform limitations.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, pricing updates, security practices, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Resont after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, billing, or account use, contact Resont at [email protected] or visit the contact page. You can also review our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and connected platform access.
